I was a Customer Service Manager at GE Call Center, promoted from an inbound customer service associate for credit cards for US clients. My account required upselling of credit card insurance and I was consistently the top seller, bagging the number 3 spot in all of GE Call Centers worldwide, and number 1 in the Philippines.
As an agent, I was also number 1 in all metrics, from Average Handling Time (AHT), Quality, Sales, Voice of Customer, & Attendance.

Right now I am currently working as a marketing assistant online, getting sales/leads thru Twitter, Facebook, and other Social Media marketing sites; and also leads/sales generator for a real estate company, extending my tasks to researching, building database, transcribing, data entry and submitting necessary reports.
I have also been trained in audio transcription on interviews from youtube, and in captcha encoding and I can do both jobs well.
