Audio Editing Required - 71 MP3 files

We are looking for an audio editor to help us master a series of 71 MP3 files.
We have produced a series of 71 basic spoken-word recordings, and are looking to master them.
Each recording requires a series of operations -- such as trimming the audio, removing hiss, replacing certain chunks, normalizing the audio -- and so on.
I anticipate that, after learning the process, each file will take 30-45 minutes to process, depending on your skill level. It could take less: the key here however is *quality*.
Full details on the individual processes to be run against each audio MP3 is attached in a text file. We will share the files through Google Drive. You can provide edited versions to us through Dropbox or a similar service.
Currently we have 71 MP3 sessions ready for processing, and hope to have the full range of 177 by the end of March. Work can begin now and complete the first batch of 71 immediately, and the remaining 106 will be awarded to the winning bidder next year if they wish to continue working with us.
Please place your bid to complete this work ASAP, starting immediately. We would prefer fixed price bids, and may award a bonus on completion of a quality job.
If possible, please provide an example of previously edited MP3 material in your bid. Please also inform us of the editing tool(s) you use. We may ask you to complete a sample before we accept.
