AUTOCAD Drawing Project Simple

I have a PDF of a CAD drawing of a very simple rectangular warehouse that will need to be redrawn with the additions and subtractions listed below. Basically we are given a drawing and then we have to place our equipment along with the equipment specifications and building air calculations so that we can submit the drawing for State approval. We are hopeful to find a provider here on Freelancer who is capable and fast at this since we do this on a regular basis. File of drawing is attached, we have markup the drawing with what we need to be included. 1. All interior bay (grid) lines to be left out 2. We don't need exterior exterior bay spacing dimensions 3. To the left side we do need the exiting building cross hatch area to be noted 4. We don't need any of the small type writing/markup 5. Include Gas line in red and note pipe size changes as indicated [login to view URL] Drawing header with that indicated in writing 7. Place unit heaters as indicated and label as indicated 8. Place referenced unit heater specs and Combustion air calculations as indicated 9. Drawing to be in 1/8"=1' scale and delivered in PDF format along with the Autocad file
