Awesome graphics designer needed ASAP

I need an awesome graphic designer for re- skin a game.

It is a simple game and will not need more than 30 images.

Requirements:

- Someone who is good at Adobe illustrator and Adobe photoshop.

- Someone who can create nice- looking, attractive characters.

- Someone who can work very fast, deliver in time.

- Someone who can send me the daily update.

Please provide with earlier examples of your design so that I can choose the best contractor.
