Hi This is Mangesh Joshi and I have a PhD in structural Biology as it is I have vast experience in using online structure prediction and Docking softwares. Previously I have used online servers for Swiss DOCK, ZDOCK, 3D-Garden, Clus-PRO, HADDOCK, Rosetta DOCK with some success. Then I worked at Bioinformatics Center, National Institute of Virology, Pune, India and Indian Institute of Science at the Laboratory for Structural Biology and Bio-computing at , Bengluru. I think you need to use homology modelling technique to obtain the structures of your protein (If you are able to find a homologue from the PDB site using BLAST).
