Blog Development and Managment

Hello, I'm looking for bids on blog development and managment. The blogging platform is Blogger. The project is for the creation of a blog, managment of the blog, and weekly contributions to the blog, for a total of 6 months. Please review the information below thoroughly before bidding. - Start date is March 01, 2013. - Finish date is Sept 01, 2013. - I will create the Blogger account and provide the necessary initial setup of the account - Winning Freelancer must create blog from scratch and include many of the more popular blog plugins (No custom template or special editing required. Just a good looking blog with social media, follow/subscribe, comment box etc included with an astrology theme). - First blog post must have a minimum of 1500 words - Blog posts musts be made on a weekly basis for the next 6 months and be a minimum of 500 words with a picture of your choice and cannot be coppied, spun or replicated blog posts, EVER! - Blog will be of a specific genre and all blog posts must be relevant. - Basic to advance knowledge of astronomy would grreatly improve your ability and required time to write relevant content and be an asset to me. - Because this is such a long project I am very willing to pay monthly milestones. I'm new on Freelancer (this is my second project) so i'm assuming you can create monthly milestones. - The account will also be worked on by me with additions, changes, etc... - A decent level of communication must be kept for the duration of the project. I'm not looking for a penpal, maybe a message every week or two. Normally I do theses things myself but freeing up some time at this point in my career has become valuable to me.
