i have a project which i like to show to investors. the brochure should show them, or tell the story of my project in the shortest possible way. it should be smart, attractive with photos and visual effects to keep reader interested and focused longest possible, and it must be as short as possible. the project is a an air-conditioned sports hall made of glass roof and glass wall for soccer games. the hall will be seating areas, artificial grass, lightings, and TV monitors. the size of the hall is about 150 feet X 80 feet. approximately.
