2. New gyp-rock and ceiling

3. New wall in centre of bathroom - tiled and glass

4. New Sliding door

5. New bathroom accessories - toilet, vanity (wall hung), towel rails, toilet roll holder etc

6. Tiled walls to ceiling

7. Two new windows, same position as existing.

8. Potential asbestos outer wall

9. Installation of odour vac to toilet and shower

10. Re-enamel existing iron bath
