Building garden seating area

I have designed a small seating area / raised bed that will be constructed using breeze blocks and the rendered and painted. It will continue into a planting area but the seating area will be covered with hard wood seating. Also there will be a small table. I can provide all the dimensions to give a more accurate description but the pictures i am attatching should provide an idea. It is just the building side i need done ... I will add the wooded seating etc etc. I really need to get the job done in May ..... help please :) I am really hoping I can find the right person who can work with me in the future on more similar type projects.
