Create Python Wraper to C/Java Libray

We are looking to have a Python wrapper made for a yahoo library. There are two libraries that can be used. - libyahoo2 ([login to view URL]) This is a C library and the preferred base library that the wrapper should be built for. - jymsg ([login to view URL]) This is the Java library that could also be used as the base library for the wrapper. Must provide documentation on how the wrapper works as well as all source code. The resulting wrapper would be able to be loaded in python and use python to interface with the underlying library. The code must be cross platform OR linux specific.
