Application Programmer

What I need done: I need an application designed for my research purpose. I require a software application which will plot data coordinates on a map based on real time inputs. 2 Separate maps of different scales will be plotted. File specifications and sample data files will be provided. Other functions - plots to disappear after predetermined time frame - computer to beep when certain coordinates are plotted - a separate column on the GUI showing numerical coordinates plotted - replay of old data (non real-time) What I already have versus what the provider will build: The ile specifications and sample data files have been attached for reference. The file specification includes coordinates and time signature. The background map will also be provided. A rough design of the GUI will also be shown. Other context/requirements that providers will need to know: In terms of style, I want a slick and simple intuitive interface. Nothing too fancy. Both web based applications or a stand alone applications are fine. You should have experience designing software applications Dont bid High !!
