This should be quick and easy for someone who can program in Windows and Mac.

*C/C++ is strongly preferred as the coding language for the program. I can code this myself in C++, but I'm busy with something else. I know that this should be a fairly easy project for someone who knows C/C++ well.
*We are on a restricted budget for this first pilot project, so please bid accordingly.
*Delivery of the program is needed as soon as possible.
*The program should work on Windows and Mac. It's ok to have separate programs for Mac and Windows, but with similar functionality and look
*The programmer should test the final product. So, the programmer must have access to both a Mac and a Windows machine to be able to test functionality on both platforms.
*I have more work related to this project, so I'm looking to build a good long-term working relationship with someone who is quick to respond and can work fast.
*I will need all the source code to the final program.
