C# Screen Scraper and Neural Network Software

Looking for a programmer who is proficient in C# Programming, as well must have working knowledge of Neural Networks. Someone who has Stock Market, or Binary Option knowledge is preferred. If this is you.... I am looking to develop software for my own use, non commercial, that will scrape financial binary option data from an open web browser window, in real time. This data changes by the second so this must work quickly. The data scraped is your input layer for neural network, Out put will be basically "buy option, sell option, Hold off, and Rate($$)". Once output is retrieved from neural network, Mouseclick events will be needed. Training will take place by watching how user buys and sells. There MUST be options for Min, and Max thresholds on Option Prices for buying and selling. There will be 2 browser windows open, and software must move, resize and place these windows, according to any screen resolution, as I have no interested in programming this again if I change my monitors resolution. The screen scrape project shouldn't be that difficult, the neural network implementation can be done with outside classes, so your looking at cut and paste code there. Should be a fairly easy project, that I don't have time to do personally. This program will basically automate my daily binary option trading on [login to view URL], so that I don't have to babysit my computer all day.
