Conversion / porting of code from Delphi to C# and in HTML5

The projects involve porting of code that was and is written in Delphi to: 1. C# 2. HTML5 For use on portable tablets and SmartPhones. The applications are custom and unique. A good visual sense is preferred. Communication skills required are in English. Russian, Hungarian, Hebrew may also be used. The work is ongoing with projects evolving in rapid succession. Must have excellent skills in C# AND in Delphi, as well as in HTML5. The first project involves porting of the facility provided at [login to view URL], in the frame below the blue heading, to HTML5 for use on Android and Blackberry tablet and SmartPhone devices. In essence, the application will have the inputs as seen on the referenced link, nicely laid out as a native application for the tablet and SmartPhone, will then send the variable values from the user input to our server and then will pick up the resultant figures and display these on the tablet and SmartPhone devices, along with the capability to store inputs and results and to produce PDF output for e-mailing by the user.
