I'm looking to work with an expert at OCR development. I am looking for something that can read a relatively difficult captcha. I do not care what language or tools you want to use to develop it, as long as it works. I've used OCRs done with OpenCV in .NET and others done using Matlab, etc. Looking for at least 35-45% accuracy. Also, it must be very efficient. Bruteforce OCRs eat up too much CPU and take too long to return results... I will provide more details (where to view captcha) to qualified bidders in private. Please only bid if you've done projects like this before. Just so you know that I am serious, my initial bid for this project is 1500-3000. This can change depending on the quality of the OCR and the timeframe in which it is delivered (better quality + quick delivery = more money). Bid away!
