Need someone to sell source code for TI CC2540 C source code (firmware) to make GAP/GATT calls to iPhone.

Looking for someone with EXISTING C source code for TI CC2540 that provides ANCS connection thru GAP/GATT calls and does it only on the TI CC2540 not another MCU. Please provide a detailed description of what you have and what you are asking for all parts. This includes all libraries and function calls that relate to the TI BLE stack versions 1.3 and higher. Also interested in remote and USB firmware upgrade components as well. Again please provide a detailed description on exactly what you have. Thanks !
