Develop a plugin that would allow a user to add notes and pictures to a drawing. This needs to be user friendly and the finished product must be functional in reader. The user needs to be able to click a button that allows them to place a point on the document that when hovered over or clicked on pops up notes and a link to a picture. The picture needs to be taken at the time the note is placed on the document and automatically linked to those notes. The end User must be able to view this document in reader and move easily from point to point viewing the notes about that point and opening the pictures attached to those notes.
