Autoblog Creation Software Needed

Here is a rundown of the program that I am wanting to get developed. The program will work based off installing wordpress blogs in bulk and adding and configuring certain plugins based on user input. So in a nutshell, here is how it will work.. 1. User sets their domain name(s) in the program for the software to install wordpress blogs on. A. Option to automatically create XX number of blogs with a user selected keywords niche and software will automatically create sub domains off a main domain with the selected keywords of the niche and create autoblogs for each subdomain specified for the software to create. 2. User sets their niche keywords to create the blogs on. a. After user inputs their keywords, the program will automatically bring in data from the Google keywords tool for its current monthly searches, estimated clicks, max CPC, etc. All the data that Google keyword tool gives, the program will scrape and put into the software for the user to easily see. Along with other keyword suggestions that Google adword tool shows. That way user can checkmark which keywords they want to use. 3. User chooses their blog(s) design or have it choose by random. (There will be a bunch of free wordpress themes that we would like to use and would like to be able to add more to the software over time). 4. User inputs parameters, such as how many articles to post per day to each blog, Google adsense pub #,and any other parameters needed for the following plugins to work and be activated. (list is below in step 7) 5. User inputs their control panel information for their host. (mysql information, FTP information, etc) 6. Program creates the autoblog(s) based on the information the user inputs. 7. After blogs are created, the software will install the following plugins into each blog and set the settings automatically from the user parameters settings.. 1. All in one AdSense and YPN manager 2. Google XML SiteMaps 3. Easy Privacy Policy 4. Kontera Content Links 5. MaxBlogPress Ping Optimizer 6. WP OnlyWire AutoPoster 7. Statpress Reloaded 8. Platinum SEO Pack 9. SEO Super Comments 10. SEO Smart Links 11. Yet Another Related Posts Plugin 12. WPArticleFetch Each plugin above is free and can be installed no problem to wordpress. After a blog is completed, then the software will add it to a special list in the software showing the completed autoblogs along with the username and password to login to the wp-admin of each blog. That is basically it. Software should be able to create multiple autoblogs at once based on the user information that is set inside the software. What a programmer would have to do here is create a blog by hand, install all the plugins, see what each plugin settings are needed to be required and put those in the software for user to input, be able to automatically integrate with Google keyword tool so users can choose their keywords from the list that it generates, and be able to upload multiple autoblogs at once based on the domain names the user submits, or based on sub domains and the # of autoblogs the user wants to generate based on those sub domains. If you have any questions, please do ask. I can better explain it if needed. I do not mind what the software program language is done in as long as it works fine and does not encounter errors. It must be able to work on Windows computers and possible Mac computers too if possible. Since this is a pretty decent size project, I would prefer to break down the payments into 3. First one will be milestone over and released once the program is 30% completed, second milestone to be placed after that and released after it is 60% completed, and final one to be made and released upon completion.
