Add FedEx rates to C++ project(repost)

I need the FedEx Rate Services integrated with my C++ application. The request specific data is in a std::map<std::string, std::string> that is passed to the function. The data that is used for all requests such as user name and password are stored in a .ini file (that you create) and loaded from there each time the program starts. The response needs to be parsed into the 'invoice' class. You can see the format that it *has* to be added in by looking at the CUPSMaster::GetCostFromXML class in [login to view URL] Some C# sample code I found is attached if that helps. ## Deliverables The [login to view URL] file needs to be modified so that the project builds using it.
