I've done some projects involving parent and child processes using forking and piping in C and C++ as well. I see that you need a C program. -------The simplest one I had written involved creating a parent and its 4 child processes, once successful, the fork process was replaced by a child process. These finally transmitted a message depending on their respective IDs arranged from a input stream. -------I think this would just be a lengthy expansion of such types.
