C code for link List Implimentation

I want some C code for implementation of link lists for following structure struct{ char number[16]; unsigned short groupbits; } The code should have code for Initialization, Add, Delete, Search nodes with respect to either or both number and group field. There should be function to convert entire LL data to unsigned char array and another to get back LL data from array. Code should be well documented with comments. The maximum size of linked list should also be definable.
