COOL_PROJECT Hi, I'd implement something like this using P-Invoke with FindFirstFile to get a WIN32_FIND_DATA object as it's very fast compared to the built in FileInfo methods, along with a multi-threaded directory walker. Because I am system programer from 1988. I know system information about Partition table, Fat systems (File allocation table), necessary details on access to disk information and managing that too.
