We can add button in the Outlook Compose window and Reading pane to add the Involved (Approver). When a Email has "Involved" and the user is the "Involved" user, they will get option in the Ribbon to Approve/Reject also. All the details will be saved to MS SQL Server. And the website with approval status can be created using MVC ASP .NET. The bid didn't include cost of Database Server and Web Server. I am open to deploy is any environment, even in Azure.
