Compile Open Source help for non-coder

I use an open source program, but know nothing about compiling or writing code. I have had someone help me in the past to know how to compile the code as the various updates come out. I am having a problem with the current compiling and am not sure what the error is. It could be that I need a copyrighted dll file. I have an older version of the dll file, but I think it now requires a new one. The open source info is here:

My error is the following:

I would like to know if I need an updated dll file or if there is another cause to my error. I get another error that is related, but harder to explain. If you take project, you don't have to solve my second error. Just hear out the detailed explanation and let me know if it is related to the same problem.
