C# WinForms VisualComponent

Hello, I'd like to create a simple visual component that will show how close I am to a target / event. It needs to have the following elements / properties (please see attached): 1. 12 segments (based on a clock, with numerical display and thin/thick line division between the hours) 2. k layers (smaller and smaller circles) 3. Ability to rotate the entire clock / marking in increments of 15deg. 4. Control over which 'line division between the hours' is thin or thick (as shown next to the 1). 5. Allow to select perimeter section with color and move it into the center every T(ms). e.g: T1, event on segment 1. T2, event on segment 2. ( + segment 1 moved in) T3, segment 1 and 2 moved in ... Tk, segment 1 disappeared, segment 2 is close to the center. note: We can have an event in the same segment one tick after the other (its not limited to 1 event per k ticks).
