Hi, I need you to create an instant messenger in C# using [login to view URL] as a desktop (Windows Forms application).
It should be both client nad server side.
Data on the server should be stored in MySQL database, cliend data stored in sqlite file.
The features I need are:
- registration
- login
- forgot password
- profiles (personal informations, profile photo)
- contact list
- settings (sounds, colours etc.)
- instant messages
- chatroom list (enter, create own, delete own)
- chatrooms admins (can kick or ban on room)
- webcam broadcast with voice (in chatrooms)
- video calls (between 2 or more people)
- file sending thru IM
- chat history (both server side and client side)
- ignore list (user block)
- games (chess, tic-tac-toe, checkers)
- language files
- emoticons and stickers
- SSL communication (.NET SslStream)

I can have a winform application for the client side (which will encompass most of the functionality that Skype has plus registration).
A WCF web-service (using a Publisher-Subscriber Pattern) with social network user authentication or your choice. The Web-Service will connect to MySql db via entity-framework.
For Administration I can have a desktop smart Client (works remotely just like a website) or an mvc website.
