Cad Design proect

I have had these Cad drawings drawn up 2 years ago but they were not no created properly. Issues with the sizing of the drawing and some small details are missing. I need these drawings ready so they can be used on a CNC machine so the job is to fix them or redo them. So you can use what is in the file Most of the design process has already be done on these. 1)I require the drawings so they be easily editable in my program Rhino 4 2)I require multiple versions of the set of file- In 4 different sizes, Small, medium, etc. 2)I require the file before it has been set/inverted into a "flat" surface 3) I would like the creation of these new webs to be documented/recorded using screen software ( I am very interested to see how you will create this) 5) I need the top surface to be fully change able (editable)so If i choose to I can then change the height level of it from lets say 2mm to 1.2mm eg. Test file will be sent for you to access. I need these files ready asap.
