design of combo metal sheer and press brake

we are looking for someone to design a combination metal sheer and press brake. You must be able to do the following: Take our basic design and engineer it in solid works You must have solidworks 2010 you must have an understanding of hydraulic systems you must be able to perform stress analysis on parts to make sure they wont fail you will need to design it so it is built using off the shelf part ie. bolts bearings ext design using mostly flat cut steel parts that will bolt or weld together to form structure. you will also need to sign a non disclosure agreement Specifications on the unit: will have a 50" wide press brake die on top and a 54" opening so there will be 2" on each side will have a 50" sheer on bottom. brake and sheer will be linked together so they both move at the same time will need to have a back gauge incorporated that will be operated with a manual crank from front side main frame will be made from 1-1/4" thick flame cut steel plate will have 1 5" diameter piston hydraulic ram rated at 3000 psi will use leverage as shown in pictures to transfer force from ram to downward force will have a rated downward force of 100 tons if you have any question or need any clarification please contact us.
