Arduino with Bacnet IP capeability

I am looking for someone who can make code for Arduino platform (preferably some with AT328 combined with WIZ chip or ENC28J60) that can communicate over BACnet IP protocol with another device with same protocol.
This include all types of BACnet data types (binary, analogue, multi-state) with both read and write functions.
Project is considered finished when user is able to display values (with specified data points address) read from another device (with specified Bacnet device address) in real time through standard UART (serial) port of Arduino. That goes as well with writing (sending) values from serial port to that same device with actual value change in the device itself.
Code should be clear with simplified BACnet communication functions for user (for example: read_value (device_address, point_address, data_type) or similar form depending on need.
