C++ Huawei PCHR R16 Parser

We are looking for a Huawei PCHR R16 Parser . The software must be linux based, to be installed on centos 7.x servers and must be written in C++ . The input should be the binary file(s) and the output must be json with all fields decoded. The software also needs to be integrated with Wireshark in order to decode 3GPP Protocols, optionally. The software architecture must be flexible to easily handle different versions of releases.
