We are looking someone asap who is expert in VTIGER crm and has ability to problem solve technical and functional bugs in our VTiger crm system
We are having tasks to fix in our latest CRM [url removed, login to view] after moving from version 5.1 as following:
- Re-order the "Created Date" default list in Leads Module so that the latest data entry appearing in the top of list
- Fix "Add a product" functionality in Trouble Ticket - make it clickable and linkable so that we can add "product" when click Add product
- Install or bring the "Print Service History" button back in the new system
- Add post code / city matching feature to the system, similar to the behaviour and feature working in previous CRM version 5.1.0
- Change "Documents" to "Notes/Documents" in title in Leads module and tab
- Add "Send Lead Details" button in Leads module
- Link "Serial Number" for product to "Part Number" in Products section in Organization module
- Notes (service history) which come under trouble tickets should have a date column in the first page
