Changes and some more Features to my Titan Classifieds ads website

INTRUCTIONS FOR CUSTOMIZATON ONTO MY TITAN CLASSIFIEDS ADS SITE This SOUNDS LIKE A BIG JOB BUT IT ISN'T ONCE YOU UNDERSTAND THE TASK INVOLVE I WOULD CONSIDER THE CHEAPEST BIDDER WITH EXPERIENCE IN YII FRAME WORK AND JQUERRY 1:Needs a Testimonial page to be created so that customers can post there feed back and it should be able to upload image while doing this and example of testimonial page is attach for reference. 2:Inside my website admin panel I need the city page plit into more than pne page because it goes in a straight line and does not work well, if its possible it can be category and subcategory or make page split into more than one page [login to view URL] a coupon code discount page created so I can create coupon codes to give customers discount when they finish placing there add on checkout. 4:need language extension installed to that when customers visit my site they can choose from 4 different languages or it can be google language changer 5:I need a contest page to be uploaded with a link to it,this page has already been created 6:I need a cookies attach to be installed so when anyone visit my site they have the option to accept cookies 7:There are some features on my site which would need checking also like deactivation of ads and some ads automatically becoming inactive after there expiry date 8:Any errors created whilst making chnages needs to be correct like html and css 9:I need you to copy the paypal folder and rename it credit so when cusotmers go through check they have the option to pay by credit card.
