Convert Existing HTML Templates to Responsive HTML5/CSS3 Templates

About a year ago, I had a PSD converted to HTML. The two templates that have been converted are the homepage and one interior page. I need these two templates refreshed and converted to responsive HTML5/CSS3 templates that look stunning and have polished touches (ie: navigation rollover states, etc). I am looking for a developer that has a sense of creativity and can take what exists as well as the original PSD's to produce the final product and run with it. The designs are super fun and would be a fantastic portfolio piece. In addition to the two existing templates, I need three other pages created which follow the structure and layout of the existing interior page. PSD's will be provided as well as the web fonts to support the design. Summary: (2) Existing templates converted to HTML5/CSS3 (3) Templates created which are based off of existing interior page. Bonus offered if you can provide the final deliverable as a Wordpress Theme. Again, I am looking for creativity, a critical eye, and attention to detail.
