Build a ASP.Net 5 MVC 6 Website

Need an ASP.Net web site building using latest ASP.Net preferably with MVC 6 and Entity Framework. The website should be capable of supporting claims based authentication although not essential. Some standard stuff in the project. - Login portal. - Register portal. No automatic verification, there needs to be an "administrator" portal so that registrations are manually verified by a human. - Most pages only visible to logged in users. - Pages will typically show some fairly static data from the data store (e.g. SQL Server). - Some pages will be dynamic, streaming data (web sockets or similar) from a number of Web API calls (for which examples can be used but random data is fine to be used for now). - Dynamic pages will display data on charts from d3js.org. Charts need to update in real time and be able to move about forward/backward along the x-axis, typically date / time. - Dynamic pages must be able to be easily customised and linked into the EF data model...this is for future expansion of adding more pages. - Dynamic pages MUST be secured against the logged in users (obviously). - In an ideal world the dynamic pages should be able to be built by an administrator using an administrator interface with something that works like moqups.com. THIS IS OPTIONAL, but would earn you a bonus if you manage something like this. There would only be a few entities that an admin could place on a dynamic page, like a (D3) line chart, (D3) xy chart, simple value/text box, ... Data model will be supplied to the winning bid. I need a website that is also pleasing on the eye, which uses a high-res static image as the background (like a picture of a stock exchange).
