Database Fixes- Cake PHP

I need an experienced Cake PHP developer with a good grasp of the ENglish language to clean up a mess that was left by another Freelancer. My current project is overdue by 2 weeks and I need the work done ASAP. I need: 1. Small items cleaned up that are mostly formatting and filter bugs 2. I need a option to export to Google Contacts 3. UI added so that the client can run reports on their database 4. We can add columns but cannot delete them (need to be able to delete them) 5. We can export or lists via CSV but we need every column in the CSV to show up in the online version of the database 6. Search & Add feature built into one of the pages 7. Ability for more than 1 user to be in the database and when one saves it updates the records for all users currently in the database. This client has more work that needs to be done that links the database to the website as well. THe client sometimes makes changes and bonus are paid when changes are requested, but this work needs to be completed with 2-3 days and communication and great English skills are a must.
