Affiliate Website SEO and Sales Copy

I currently have two websites related to affiliate marketing. I'm looking for someone who has proven success in the affiliate marking field that can evaluate my sites and suggest as well as implement improvements. Currently receiving on average 150 unique visitors a month with a very poor conversion. These sites currently consist of. - Fully functioning websites with content promoting clickbank products. - 10 -12 original articles per site. - 10 -15 original articles submitted to both Seolink and Ezine articles. - Opt in that leads to Aweber and five day mini course and sales pitch. - Back links are starting but need to vastly improve in terms of quality and quantity. The ultimate goal here would be a high ranking with organic search and improved sales copy that will convert. I am open to discussing salary/cost and am looking for an on going relationship. Joint venture considered. You must be fluent in English and be able to communicate via Skype or similar messenger service. You will have more then three years experience and feedback over fifty. There are lots of contractors out there that over promise and under deliver. I've been down this road a few times and am looking for someone who knows this business inside and out.
