Answers to real estate site - Q & A Section on DAILY BASIS

I need a writer who can do this on a daily basis:
- Go over to the real estate site of the client.
- See the questions which are asked in the Q&A section
- Answer the unanswered questions with sufficient research. The answers should be high quality and not filler material. Since the questions are mostly centered around US real estate, I would prefer US based writers.
An estimate of 2-4 answers = 500 words . I will pay $3.0 for 500 words and will expect at least 10 answers by the end of each day. The more you do the more you earn. At the end of each day I would want you to send me a list of the answers you have done in an excel sheet along with the word count. Availability on GTalk would be a big plus.
I will not escrow any money. I need daily commitment , regularity and high quality, both in terms of the language as well as the content.
