Content Editing and sorting

We have 2 sites and content needs to be distributed among the 2 sites. We want the content to be well organized and sorted between the 2 sites. Based on the services offered. All the main content has to be put in sections asssigned to them specifically. The person has to have some technical knowledge to understand the structure of contents. Also Most of the work is re organizing and rewrting key aspects for copyright purposes. This is a simple task may take between 2 -4 days. and the person will get many more such projects in future.
