Content for 2 websites - again

Hi everyone, Due to unfortunate circumstances, I need to re-post this again. I need some content text copy for 2 websites. Site 1) Extreme Fat Loss Boot Camps - A website advertising new and unique fat loss boot camp/fitness exercise in-door programme with MUSIC for WOMEN (important!) wishing to lose their love handles and excess flab. Friendly language, aimed at unfit women, combined with nutrition/nutritionist support, in a way guaranteeing fat loss results and great change in their lives, etc... I want it to SELL-SELL-SELL well, but subtly, providing info first of all!!! I will provide some points which I would like to be covered). I need for this site ONLY - "home"/landing page + 2 short, 1-2 sentences intros - "About us" - and short, 30-45 sec movie script for it. See the suggested layout and approximate length of pages/text copy attached. Site 2) Small website advertising building services - "London Domestic Conversions", probably 4 short pages - a) Home/About us, Services: b).Loft Conversions, c) Basement conversions, d) House Extensions). I'll send you the approved design and page layout. Any suggestions welcome. It is a really small project and no big writing is required and most things, especially for the fitness site will be provided for you. Hence, I am looking for a really reasonable quote from you. Even if you're the best copy writer in the world, but give me some "silly" quote, I will not be able to consider your offer. so quick turn-around only and reasonable bids only.
