Chat Room Website Promotion

I have a new site that I am trying to promote. In particular the pages on California Beaches: The site has an excellent guide to California Beaches with photos and maps (quality stuff). One method of attracting visitors and getting one-way links is to post messages on other boards - sometimes including the link back to my site (with anchor text). You would have to find a number of suitable boards, create identities and then occasionally throw in links back to my site – using anchored text. I feel that the above web page on California Beaches is very useful to visitors and its promotion should come somewhat naturally as you can easily refer to pages with photos or content. As you know blatant promotion of a website on a message board is frowned upon and many websites have policies about posting links. However on many websites as long as the content of the post is useful and informative it is an acceptable practice. I would be willing to pay you an hourly rate to research message boards and come up with a list of 5-10 to post on. They must have google pr and be indexed and have a good amount of traffic. I hope this to be a long term project. I expect that as you post you send me a daily email with links to your post or posts- so that I can check for quality and accuracy. Please quote me a rate for the research to find the the chat boards and then how much you would charge per a post. If you ignore this requirment we cant proceed. Thanks for your time reading this.
