Cheap long-term article rewriter

I work as an Internet Marketer. I'm looking for article rewriters for a possibly long-term working relationship. I can pay $1 per article. I need the articles for submitting to [login to view URL] (and other article directory's) so the articles need to pass "duplicate content tests" by [login to view URL] and Google. I'd like to start with 5 articles and add more as my business advances. You can make the rewritten articles shorter than the original if nothing valuable is lost but articles length should be at least 400 words. Grammar and spelling should also be correct.
