Add a Page to Wikipedia

Hello,
I need a page added to Wikipedia. I have the copy ready to go but I've never created a page before.
A few things:
*I'll send the winner the document with the copy on it.
*The copy is already in the Wikipedia format and should be posted in the same way, including references.
*Most people bid without reading the description. Copy and paste this phrase as the first thing in your response so I know you've read it: "Hunter, I've read your description and will let you know if I have any questions."
*I'd like this project done in the next 5 hours. Please don't bid if you can't meet that deadline. The copy is ready to go so it should be done quickly.
