Create an Animation

First of all, let me explain what we're looking for. My company's name is C.A.S.E. Programs, Inc. and basically, we teach visual and performing arts to kids! Right now, we're trying to create a video featuring some of our own students as voice overs for 2D animation. (It would need to be voice synced with the recording.) After searching, we found your animation to be pretty great and we were wondering if you would be up for the job! Our vision for the animation is to have a star from our logo come to life and basically narrate the information in the video. The star would pop out of the logo in the beginning, then return to the logo at the end. The information is pretty standard for an advertisement, so we would need you to include some content for the marketing, i.e. a background, or some small props with the animation that follow the script. (Musical instruments, etc.) The idea for the star is to be the narrator for the action and information in the background. The star does not need to be in the video the entire time, but we would like it to pop in the scene a few times.
