I had the chance to review your project and it seems we may be able to help you in taking this further. You might want to consider the idea of hiring someone based in Manila, Philippines who has solid background in providing total accounting, bookkeeping and administrative/back office support.
Ideally, we are no difference on how you deal with bookkeepers who works at home or based locally since we provide "personal touch" as we wanted our virtual staff to work directly with our clients - a dedicated one and you'll get more of the time as possible. The person assigned to you is just like an external staff member who gets instruction from your team, follows your company’s policies, guidelines and procedures and receives training about your products/services. The only difference here is she’ll be working from a remote office based facility in Manila.
Our strategic solution is to co-manage with you in terms of attendance and reliability, performance monitoring, providing good and positive atmosphere, etc. but all communication, instructions, process and even product/service trainings will be coming from you. We will make sure that the staff will deliver quality results at a given timeframe. KPIs must be cascaded to the staff beforehand.
