California residential purchase and sale contract

I am the writer of a California residential purchase and sale contract form. It is sixty pages in length, plus the statutory forms (ten pages), and the statutory pamphlets, and Appendixes. I need an expert who can transform all of this on a disk which consumers can purchase. But, the contract form and the statutory forms must be fillable. There are empty spaces for the prospective buyer and seller of a property composed of of one to four residential units to complete. It is full, complete, and accuratre, and the intent is to replace the California Association of Realtors' standard real estate purchase and sale contract form, which is so deficient, it can only cause conflicts and litigation. I am an expert in real estate matters. No reasonable person should use the Realtors' contract form. My contract form has 110 specialized paragraphs, on 60 pages, which will provide a prospective buyer and seller, when the form is completed, a full, complete, and accurate representation of all material facts. In addition, it would provide the applicable escrow officer with all the information to proceed in the escrow. The contract, and the forms, and the pamphlets, and the Appendix section, which, when the natural hazards, environmental hazards, real property tax liability disclosures provided by a certified geologist, completes all of the information which a seller needs to provide to buyer. There are no open ended questions. This is why the contract form is 60 pages. A person who purchases my disc, or who uses my fillable form, would not need to use a Realtor in the purchase and sale of a single family residence in California. The Realtors' contract misses 70 special paragraphs, and as those that the Realtors' contract does have, the paragraphs are incomplete and/or insufficient. THE ENTITY I INTEND TO HIRE MUST HAVE A FULL COMPREHENSION OF FILLABLE FORMS. THE ENTITY MUST EXIST IN CALIFORNIA. I WOULD NEED TO MEET AND CONFER WITH THIS ENTITY. THE FILLABLE FORM WORK SHOULD BE IDENTICAL AS THAT SEEN ON THE INTERNET, SUCH AS CALIFORNIA COURT FORMS. THIS IS A SUBSTANTIAL PROJECT. IT WOULD A NUMBER OF WEEKS TO COMPLETE.
