Data Entry Correction with special characters

Hi All,
I have Images files and it's data is converted to txt files. Your work is to find out mistakes in txt files and correct them as show in image file. In this data corrections you will see some special characters in image files, so you have to put those special characters in txt (notepad) files. Please bid for correction of 180 pages. Serious bidders only.
NOTE:
1. Every bidder will have to provide me corrected sample work (Sample will be given) before awarding project. Because it is not just a correction you have to type special characters.
2. Every bidder should send private message for sample file after bidding.
3. You have to submit sample work within 24 hours.
WORK RULES TO PROJECT WINNER:
1. You have to complete project within 24th June 2013.
2. You have to send corrected files every 24 hours?
3. You have to complete min. 45 files/day.
4. Payment will be made after completing full project failure to this will result in no payment. No payment for incomplete work.
5. Milestone will be created only after completing 10 files.

Ready to start.. but Milestone payment only after 10 days is disturbing. Also sample ..sample ...?! I have done more samples than actual work in freelancer. You have to pay me for sample.
