Data Entry - web submit

I have an excel spreadsheet with 100 records (each record containing 11 fields of info) that need to be copy and pasted into a web portal and submitted for follow up .
Very easy job. I will provide what info is to be copied as well as access to the web portal.
Once the first 100 is complete I will offer the same position 3 days/week.
