Database / Excel Sheet

I want to build a Budget, Debt Excell or Data base. Want to be able to add Income/Pay Dates and the bills to be paid. Want to be able to build or add to a database the bills that outstanding and assign a pay date to these. Also should be able to generate a report for when said bills will be paid off if paid over time. Needs to be easily updated for new bill entry, Bi Weekly income adjustments, Dates to be paid. Idea is that you could populate this information and get out of debt. But also have default due dates for bills and alter to a payment date. Could be an excel sheet as Like I have now, or a database of some sorts. Would need it to do the formulas also Your ideas are welcome.
