Some what of an odd project, not sure what to pay for it.
What I'm trying to do is create text files of every possible cell phone number in the United States. This can be done because particular area codes and prefix's are designated cell phone or land line. I don't want land line I only want cell phone numbers, so only the last 4 digits change.
I started making lists myself and realized that I don't have the time to do it all myself.
Here's what I've been doing.. First I have a text file with 10,000 lines of text
@0000
@0001
all the way to
@9999
Then when I find an area code and prefix that is Cell Phone, in the text file I do "Find Replace @ with 727417" or whatever the area code and prefix are, in this case it 727417.
I have been finding the area codes and prefixes through this website...

First I look up the area code I want, right now I'm doing the state of texas, 806 area code.
So in the box i type 806201, look to see if it's landline or cell phone, if it's cell phone replace @ in the text file with 806201 and save the text file in a folder named Texas, file name [login to view URL], if it's land line, move on.. then back to the website, 806202 cell phone or no? 806203, 806204, 806205 ect.... all the way through 806999.
Some states only have 4 or 5 area codes, while others may have as many as 25 or 30, so some states will take longer than others.
Very long boring process. Maybe somone can make this faster, automate it some how with mouse and key recorder or something.
There are websites that I can buy the data from, the best deal i've found is $1900 for the entire country. I don't want to pay that much all at one time. But maybe we could go state by state $50 per state, there's 50 States so that's $2500, but over several bids would be easier for me.
And I'd like to check your work, so let's start with one or two states first and then we'll talk about doing the rest of the country.
