We need to make data within a document easier to access. It's a sequential listing of restaurants around the country, sorted by state and further sorted by city.

Each record can currently have one or more of the following fields: name, address, web site, rating, notes. The successful project will be a conversion to CSV (spreadsheet) format with the following column headings: * Name * Street Address * City * State * Zip * Phone number * Web site * Rating * Notes Each record will occupy one row. The data isn't formatted in any particular way, which will make automated importation somewhat problematic. For each record, whatever data (e.g., street address) that isn't present currently need not be researched and can be left blank in the spreadsheet. If it is easier for delivery, you can create this in a Google Docs spreadsheet. Otherwise, a standard CSV file will do. 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
